Nature Can Be Part of a Good pH Balance

When you are in a stressed Environment such as sitting in traffic and your late in getting somewhere this will add acid into our body’s which produces higher acidic levels… Not Healthy.    Getting outside and walking through a park or the woods will aid in distressing us.  If it’s warm out, take your shoes off and stand in the dirt barefooted; let the energy of the earth and air fill you.   Doing this and walking in nature with a quiet mind will reduce the stress and acid in your body; providing you a better pH balance!

Take a bike ride through the park or woods and stop somewhere; standing or sitting just close your eyes and listen to nature.  Let your body absorb in and soothe you all the way through!  You will be better for you and your family by doing this regularly!
