Breathing Deeply ~ Benefits of

Breathing Deeply Through our Nose and holding for 15/20 seconds and repeating 3 times daily (be careful if you get light headed, may want to do sitting down) does wonderful things for health by getting oxygen into our body and blood.   Having adequate CO2 levels will have our red blood cells release the oxygen they carry.

Our bodies themselves produce the CO2 levels it needs and if we are not breathing properly through our nose then we are not getting our oxygen that we need to maintain a healthy body.

Watch a sleeping baby, they breathe deeply through their noses… exactly the way we need to!  We need to use our diaphragms as our primary muscle for breathing.  So take the time and practice this for good health, mood change & digestion…. it also aids in regulating the pH of our blood!
